- We are a small family run business. Our aim described by Seth Godin "To turn strangers into friends and friends into customers". We set ourselves the task of building a great reputation for our company and our products. Our method can be condensed into three key words, Sincerity, Transparency and Consistency. Sincerity – We want and look forward to hearing from our customers, any feedback (negative and positive) is key in our ability to provide a more positive experience, in the future, for all. So if any aspect of our site is a problem or just plain silly please let us know we will be very grateful. Transparency – We have tried, to avoid certain pitfalls that annoyed us when we shopped online. We photographed all items plain backgrounds with no props. We believe that it is important for our customers to see as much detail as possible in order to make an informed decision before purchasing. Consistency – Our products are some of the best available and we strive to keep that quality consistent. We believe that being honest, 100% transparent and consistent are important both on and offline and make every effort to do so.
